Wine Bottle Watercolors

Wine Bottle Watercolors

Condensation is the process by which vaporous water collects in the atmosphere and is transformed into a liquid state. In the case of a chilled bottle of wine, this process occurs on a micro-scale. Due to the temperature difference between the bottle and the surrounding air, water condenses on the outside of the bottle. As the water collects it runs downward, leaving an ring. The scenes encased within these actual watermarks depict imagery inspired by the Santa Barbara coastline.
